•MEANING : People who try to take the law into their own hands are trying to seek for justice on their own.
•They do not ask help from authorities or people who can legally administer the law.
•Taking the law into one’s own hands is generally regarded as illegal.
•There are law and authorities to keep an eye and give punishments to wrongdoers. A laymen or any high officials doesn’t have the authority to take the law into their hands.
TAKE THE LAW INTO ONE’S OWN HANDS
•The Constitution is a set of rules, laws which are made for public safety and for protection of fundamental rights of every individual but doesn’t give the right to take the law into one’s own hands. Its not our job.
•To punish the wrongdoers we have laws, judges, police officials, they have proper knowledge to give punishments in proper amounts.
•If a laymen takes the law into one’s own hands he will be responsible for the imbalance between judiciary and citizens, to eliminate the imbalance the one who takes the law into one’s own hand should be punished as it’s an illegal activity.
