The protesting farmers are rallying on their feet and in tractor against the Centre’s contentious legislation. The protest turned violent after the rally entered the Red Fort.
Violence and chaos were reported from several parts of Delhi with the protestors confronted and conflicted with the police force. Police were witnessed in removing the flag while trying to remove the protestors.
It was stated that earlier the police have consented the farmers to take out tractor rally authorizing parade in a selective route and only after the conclusion of the official Republic Day parade.

The police were forced to resort to tear gas shells firing and mild lathi-charge to curb the situation. But the tractors drove in a dangerous speed and the police were forced to take shelter.
